Host Home Providers can operate Family Residential Services for adults or children in their own home with a county foster care license under a 245D license held by Libra Support Services, LLC. This allows an individual live in a smaller or non ”group” setting. It allows the Family Services Provider to focus on their family, individual(s) served, cares and lifestyle. Libra Support Services would support the Host Home provider with day-to-day guidance, licensing requirements, training supports, documentation, etc. This creates a situation for personal reward for the host home provider and those they are serving, focus on what is important to them, while Libra Support Services maintains the 245D standards for/with them.
